These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Products

All items are made to order. No stock is kept on hand.

We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate. However, due to variations in monitors and printers, colours and tones may appear slightly differently between your device and on the finished product.

All prints are available exclusively in Australia.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Any promotional prices are only valid during the advertised period.

Payment

We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal.

All transactions are securely processed through their encrypted payment gateways.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Order Processing

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of an order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary — I will endeavour to turn around orders as quickly as possible but it’s a one man show here and I don’t live on email 24/7.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet commenced. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

We only deliver within Australia.

Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks after order processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other external factors.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and a replacement will be arranged.

Returns and Refunds

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This does not apply to change-of-mind returns for made-to-order items.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product with photos detailing the damage so that a replacement can be arranged.

If a refund is offered, it will be processed through the original payment method and will be subject to their processing times.

Intellectual Property

All images and prints sold are the exclusive property of Nick Clark and are protected by copyright laws.

Purchasers are granted a license for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit permission. Personal use includes displaying the prints in your home or private spaces. It does not include copying, reselling, or sharing digital copies online or with third parties without explicit permission.

Any unauthorized commercial use, copying, or distribution of our images or prints will result in legal action.

Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary for order processing and delivery.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our prints to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for order processing (e.g., with delivery services).

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies only as necessary to run the store.

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. We do not retain your information longer than necessary for order processing and legal compliance.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
